What causes bad breath?

In most cases, bad breath happens because of bad habits or bad oral hygiene. Smoking or eating things that promote bacteria growth in the mouth will create bad breath. Not cleaning the mouth thoroughly enough will only make it into a bigger problem.

What foods can cause bad breath?

The obvious ones of course are the smelly ones, garlic, onions and some cheeses. There are also the other ones, less obvious ones that will produce bad smelling burps, like radishes and cauliflower.

What are the common solutions of bad breath?

The most basic solution to prevent bad breath it to brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day and make sure to use that tongue scraper to prevent the bacteria growth on the back of the tongue.

Does the Fresh Breath Lemon-Mint Toothpaste contain Fluoride?

No it does not. Only our Cavity Protection Toothpaste does.

What is the percentage of fluoride in the Cavity Protection Mouthwash?

The Cavity Protection Mouthwash contains .05% sodium fluoride.

What is the percentage of fluoride in the Cavity Protection Toothpaste?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

3-7 business days when choosing Standard Shipping Method.

Will extreme heat and or cold affect my product while it is in transit?

No it will not. Our products are made to withstand extreme temperatures for a short period of time. If your product is frozen, let it thaw at room temperature.

Do you offer free shipping on a specific size order?

Yes. We offer free shipping to our retail customers in the US on orders of $49 or more.  First time customers will automatically get $5 shipping on their very first order. (this does not apply to Pro accounts).

Oxyfresh Pet Products FAQ

Is it okay to premix the Pet Dental Water Additive and keep in the refrigerator?

Yes you can premix the Pet Dental Water Additive with water, as long as the container it is being stored in is very clean and it is not stored in direct sunlight.

How much Pet Water Additive do you add to your pets bowl?

Recommended dose is ¼ teaspoon of Pet Water Additive to 1 cup water. New to the product or sensitive pets you can cut that in half to start (1/8 teaspoon per cup of water).

Is the Pet Water Additive suitable for kittens and puppies? Any age limits?

Pets of any age can use the Pet Water Additive.  The product is not systematically absorbed so the dosage is not based on age or size.  It works in their mouth for 60 seconds and becomes inert.

Is it okay to use the Pet Dental Water Additive in a charcoal fountain?

Fountains with charcoal or carbon filters will filter (capture) our active ingredient Oxygene resulting in reduced effectiveness of the water additive. Filters without charcoal or carbon will not affect the Pet Water Additive.

No there is not. We currently use one shipping option to export orders to Canada. Your order will be delivered via UPS.

CANADA: When will my order ship?

We ship orders to Canada on Mon, Wed, Fri. Example: If your order is completed after 8am Pacific Time on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday.
