FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 3, 2005
For the second consecutive year, Oxyfresh employees have made life a little healthier and happier for animals at the Kootenai Humane Society in Hayden, Idaho. Employees donated $1,628 in top-quality Oxyfresh pet products to the animal shelter in 2004 as part of a program that will continue this year.
Pets looking for homes at the Kootenai Humane Society face the same challenges as homeless pets at shelters everywhere: health-related problems ranging from weakened immune systems to oral disease. Oxyfresh products, including Pet Oral Hygiene Solution, Pet Antioxidants, Pet Stress Relief Plus and Pet Ear Cleaner help improve the wellness of dogs and cats.
“We give Oxyfresh products to our animals with confidence,” says shelter director Roy Abeyta. “It’s great to be able to give these pets products that are top quality.”
Oxyfresh President Richard Brooke says the employee donations are part of the company’s ongoing commitment to the community. “Our quality products help improve these animals’ lives and in turn, help improve their chance of adoption,” he says.
