However, by cutting sleep, you are dramatically increasing your RISK of OBESITY, HEART DISEASE, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, CORONARY HEART DISEASE, STROKE, FREQUENT MENTAL DISTRESS AND ALL-CAUSE MORTALITY (according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
