We are looking for an energetic contributor to lead Oxyfresh's expansion in international markets.  This role drives growth in our existing 30 markets and drives opportunities to on-board new countries to support Oxyfresh's Strategic Plan. This role leads all activities around lead generation, business development, product registrations, brand launch and partner management.  

 

In This Role, You Will:

  • Create and grow multichannel business plans by country.
  • Manage and grow existing partners through growing their product lines and sales reach.
  • Interview, research, and qualify international partners.
  • Partner with international brokers to seek brick and mortar retail placement.
  • Partner with US Commercial Services and State Department export programs. Secure grant money for international expansion.
  • Lead product import registrations by country.
  • Conduct onboarding product training and sales training by country.
  • Manage and maintain all international documentation for corporate agreements, registrations, and pricing.
  • Help manage corporate international ecommerce sites (Amazon, Shoppee, BOL, JDmart, etc)
  • Collaborate with existing team members on strategy and growth.
  • Maintain corporate marketing compliance across all markets. Protecting corporate trademarks, images, and copyrights.

 

In This Role, You'll Bring With You:

  • 5+ years experience successfully launching CPG brands in international markets.
  • Ability to manage $5M+ accounts across 30 countries.
  • High level communication skills required. Must be able to understand foreign market needs and adapt business plans by country.
  • High level negotiation skills
  • Multilanguage is a plus
  • International travel experience

 

Salary/Benefits:

  • Full-time
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
