We are looking for an energetic Ecommerce & Customer Support Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our Ecommerce team and initiatives. This self-starter will be responsible for coordinating, posting, optimizing, and tracking content across each of our partner platforms, managing case work, and helping to support our customer service initiatives including product reviews, customer inquiries, and overflow support on inbound calls, emails, and chats when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help to create new product listings across each platform: Shopify, Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Grove, Target.com, etc.
- Manage all product content updates to ensure accurate copy and imagery are live on all marketplaces.
- Submit and manage Ecommerce marketplace seller support cases to help resolve any platform issues.
- Effectively communicate with design team and Ecommerce Manager to address any outdated content.
- Support Ecommerce Manager with any additional tasks to help continue our aggressive growth plan.
- Help provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Ecommerce updates.
- Track and report on customer review trends on each marketplace.
- Help with overflow customer calls when needed.
- Work with customers to assist with online ordering, change subscriptions, address questions or concerns, and provide product education.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree, or 2 years of experience in communications or marketing.
- Quick learner who wants to learn the ins and outs of Ecommerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, typing, writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Efficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Solid communication skills with a positive tone.
- Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong positive, can-do attitude.

Salary/Benefits:
- Full-time.
- $20 per hour plus quarterly sales bonus program.
