Going the Extra Mile for Youth in Need
For Oxyfresh President Richard Brooke it was golden opportunity to support less fortunate youth who face an array of challenges due to a struggling education system.
Richard attended an extraordinary fundraiser in October 2008 sponsored by the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation, an organization dedicated to transforming the U.S. education system through providing educational opportunities, recreational activities, after-school programs and more.
The Grand Slam For Children was held at the world-class Wynn Resort Hotel. Richard and Christine presented celebrities, attendees and promoters with Oxyfresh Dental Travel Kits and Mach II gift sets. Among those receiving the donations were the tennis legend himself and his wife, Steffi Graf.
“What an honor to be able to participate in an event devoted to raising awareness and support for education among our underprivileged children,” Christine Brooke said.

The charity event featured performances by Sheryl Crow and Dennis Miller, as well as singer, Mariah Carey; Grammy award-winning producer, arranger and composer, David Foster; American rock band, Lifehouse; singer/song-writer, Natasha Bedingfield and actor/comedian, Ray Romano.
Founded in 1994 by Agassi, more than 180,000 children have benefited from the foundation, which supports programs designed to enhance character, self-esteem and career possibilities for at-risk children.
