I was working in a dental practice that focused on advanced cosmetic restorations. The product I was recommending before Oxyfresh was blue and stained patients’ tongues and margins of restorations. They could not use it after in-office whitening. I went to the Dr. Bill DiPietro at a dental conference and he introduced me to Oxyfresh. Besides it meeting all my criteria for clinical applications, Oxyfresh was the only company in my 18 years as a hygienist that offered a bonus check for recommending products to my colleagues. I am very passionate about improving the quality of care we provide to our community as dental professionals. As an added bonus, I get to meet new people and I have made some close friends. After becoming extremely comfortable promoting the products, I was able to promote the business. Both product and business opportunities are critical for success. My strategy to advance to Executive Director included the success and support of others in my group. We get together monthly and host Oxyfresh business opportunity meetings, strategy meetings, and product review meetings. My group has also excelled through Lunch and Learn Presentations with new dental prospects. I have a strong motivated leader in my frontline, Jan Wares, who is also an RDH. I knew I needed to develop a second strong frontline leg to advance. I found that in Quinlan Raichel, a single mom trying to support three children. I assisted her in creating a list of contacts and helped her with Lunch and Learn Presentations. This really sparked a fire in her and she advanced to Director in October! We have generated so much excitement and were able to find several new business leaders this past month. We look forward to helping them earn an additional income. Most jobs feel like you are “taking” in order to be successful. With Oxyfresh, you feel like you are “giving” and that is much more rewarding on a personal level. Setting goals and reserving time to accomplish them are key to be successful with Oxyfresh. In a short amount of time freedom, fun and new friendships are just as rewarding as the check in the mail.
